Acupuncture and Dry Needling
Acupuncture is an ancient Chinese healing practice now used extensively in Western Medicine. Using very fine sterile needles your Therapist will insert these at specific acupoints to stimulate nerves, muscles and connective tissue, aiding in pain relief and muscle relaxation.
Dry Needling is slightly different in targeting myofascial trigger points which aids in relaxing tight muscles, reduces swelling and, also relieves pain.
Both these techniques are very effective for treating acute and chronic back pain, neck pain, tension and migraine headaches, pelvic pain, knees, elbows and shoulders.
We are pleased to be able to offer our clients these treatments enhancing clinical effectiveness.
