Manual Therapy is any form of hands-on treatment that is designed to help a part of the body function better. Manual Therapy helps bring your body into balance by relaxing tight muscles and freeing up restricted joints. Your Physio will use a range of joint and soft tissue mobilising techniques during your therapy session.
