As part of your treatment programme, your Physio may recommend some form of exercise to aide your recovery. This might include stretching, resistance and endurance exercises, posture exercises, strength and balance.
We also prescribe personalised fitness programmes for your ongoing rehabilitation. Here at In Good Hands we have a well-equipped gym for our clients to utilise.
Clients can join our gym and we also have an on-site Personal Trainer who does individual and group fitness sessions.
