Pelvic Health

Here at In Good Hands we offer Pelvic Health Physiotherapy. Our ‘pelvic health’ refers to having optimal function with pelvic floor muscles, reproductive organs, bladder and bowel. Your appointment will consist of questions regarding your general and pelvic health, activity levels and what restrictions you have. It may involve an examination of both your external and internal examination of your pelvic floor, so we are best able to tailor an appropriate treatment plan specific to your needs.
