Manipulation

Manipulation is commonly used to reduce muscle spasms and alleviate pressure on spinal nerves. This technique is extremely effective for those suffering from neck and back stiffness or inflexibility and pain relief. This treatment usually involves a fast and accurate movement on the neck or back area. Sometimes you can hear a small ‘pop’ or ‘click’, this is a result of the release of pressure in the joint.
