Yogalates combines the core strength, fitness training and body toning of Pilates with the stretching, flexibility, and improved range of motion of yoga, in one session.
Carolyn Rickards-Rees has developed her own blend of Pilates and yoga which she adapts to all fitness levels and abilities. Her teaching is more personal because the class numbers are limited. Carolyn is a fully qualified Pilates Mat and Reformer teacher, a member of Yoga Aotearoa and the International Yoga Alliance and is a REPS Registered Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. Carolyn is also available for one-on-one training.
