From here Natasha moved to lead a Medical Team at a professional football team in the UK. Natasha has also worked privately across numerous MSK clinics and gyms.
She moved to NZ in June 2018 to further her career as a Sports Physio and experience life on the other side of the world! She currently holds a Diploma of Sports Physiotherapy and will be carrying out research over the coming months in order to attain her Masters from the University of Bath.
She holds a level one strength and conditioning certification and is passionate about strength training to return both athletes and the general public to optimum fitness levels, maximising quality of life. Natasha also does dry needling. Back in the UK Natasha has horses and competed all her life. She has played rugby at senior representative, premier and junior international levels. Natasha was also a competitive power lifter. She is currently doing crossfit. She loves the outdoors and never likes being far from a beach!
