Physiotherapist / Pilates

BHSc (Physio) PGC (Sports Physiotherapy)

Hannah’s graduated from AUT in 2016 with a Bachelor of Health Science, majoring in Physiotherapy. Since then, she has completed a Post-Graduate Diploma in Sports Physiotherapy through the University of Otago. She has worked in private practices, working with numerous sports teams at a national and international level. Hannah has recently undertaken training to offer Women’s Pelvic Health Physio services.

As a Musculoskeletal and Women’s health physiotherapist Hannah utilises a very hands-on approach, with the belief that if we can reduce symptoms, we can reintroduce better movement patterns and postures. For this she uses a lot of dry needling and massage, and then frequently turns to Pilates for rehabilitation and return to function and/or sport. Hannah teaches Mat Pilates classes and private reformers in the clinic. Hannah has an interest in women’s health. She endeavours to support females and help women thrive in the different hormonal stages of life stages.

In her spare time, Hannah enjoys being creative in the kitchen, keeping active, running and exploring the outdoors.
