Here at In Good Hands we offer clinical pilates. Pilates is a great form of exercise which can improve your strength, stability, balance, posture and flexibility.

Reformer Sessions

We offer private one on one reformer sessions which are up to 60-minutes long and are tailored to your needs.

Pilates Mat Classes

We also offer mat pilates classes. This is run in a small group setting so we can focus on your technique so you are able to get the most out of the class.
